PARALYSIS.

Phase Three. I wanted to do something dark, something that truly represents sleep paralysis. I used denim with a dark bleached design, a skinny mold and a tapered bottom. These symbolize the compressed darkness and fear of the unknown.


This set specifically focused on the attempt to get his soul back. Through symbolization, he is trying to wake up from his nightmare. He is pulled by the legs, as representation to the hands at bottom of the pants. His soul is being from the ground which represents the weight one can feel while in Sleep Paralysis.
